After they arrived home from the nursery in Kota Damansara, the victim cried and complained of pain in her private parts to her mother. She also had swelling and bruises.
After taking her daughter to a clinic, the mother was shocked to be told that she might have been assaulted with a sharp object.

She later lodged a police report at Kota Damansara police station.
Petaling Jaya district chief police Asst Comm Arjunaidi Mohamed confirmed receiving the report.
He said the workers at the nusery were all female but he did not rule out the possibility that the suspect was known to the victim.

The welfare centre housed four senior citizens aged between 50 and 70, eight children and two teenagers.
It also provided nursery services to 36 children.
The mother of one of the chained teen boys lodged a report with the Kuala Lumpur Social Welfare Department recently.
The department's assistant director, Mohamad Aziz Abdul Kapi, and his team visited the centre at 11am on Thursday.
The senior citizens were later brought to Hospital Kuala Lumpur for treatment.
City CID deputy chief Asst Comm Khairy Arasa said they had not received any report yet.
